How would you describe your role/job?
Creating proposals for Hogan Construction in order to win work for the company
What are the rewards of your job?
I love the team that I work with and everybody I have met so far at Hogan. I haven’t been here for long, but I already have felt a huge amount of support.
What are your challenges?
Still figuring them out.
How has SMPS membership helped you?
I’m eager to learn the answer to this question. At the time of this interview, I’ve only had it for a week.
What’s the best career advice you’ve received?
Take it slow, there’s no need to rush progress/success.
What’s the best career advice you’ve given?
I graduated from college two weeks ago. I absolutely am not qualified to be giving career advice yet.
What has contributed to your success?
Work ethic, my universities professional development program, and the marketing office I worked in before Hogan.
What's on your bucket list?
Sky diving, skiing in Europe & Japan
What was your childhood dream?
Olympic skier
