How would you describe your role/job?
Responsible for developing marketing materials, coordinating client relations and social media content. I also coordinate PR and outreach efforts related to each project and the company.
What are the rewards of your job?
Seeing the designs we create being built and the people I get to meet during that process.
What are your challenges?
Being a smaller firm, we are limited to certain resources and also being the new kid on the block. Getting our name out there and letting the community know where here!
What has been your most meaningful project?
Our home we built and designed ourselves. It was a labor of love!
How has SMPS membership helped you?
So far, I have gotten to know a few people in the industry and made connections that spark ideas on how we can grow our company.

Are you doing it because it’s the right way, or because it’s the easy way?

It's never too late.
What has contributed to your success?
Years of setting goals and baby steps towards them. And saying ‘why not?’
What’s on your bucket list?
A pool in my backyard! And to build a business that will leave a legacy.
What was your childhood dream?
To own an art gallery and to eat ice cream every day!
Guilty pleasure: what can you not live without?
Coffee and staying in boujie hotels.
