I am focused on building strong relationships with new and existing clients and partners to help Hales continue to grow and serve.
What are the rewards of your job?
I get to work with the most amazing clients, partners and team members every day!
How has SMPS membership helped you?
I’ve already met some amazing people through the events and networking opportunities, and being new to Utah, this is a huge advantage to me. I came from the AEC industry, so I had that advantage, but Utah is a lot different than Kentucky, and I’m excited to grow and nurture my local network.
What’s the best career advice you’ve received?
Keep moving forward.
What’s the best career advice you’ve given?
Nothing is a straight line; use your network and do what you love!
What has contributed to your success?
Understanding that I never know it all, and I’m always here to learn.
What's on your bucket list?
This job! I’ve been in marketing for 18+ years and have wanted to transition to business development for a few years. From a personal standpoint, I’d like to learn how to ski since I live in Ski-country now!
What was your childhood dream?
To work with people or animals in sports.
Guilty pleasure:
Baking fresh breads like zucchini or banana bread, getting it out of the oven, letting it cool just enough, and eating the first warm slice with butter. And then maybe having one more!
