Kesli Hinckley, Marketing Coordinator at KIER Construction, graduated Weber State University this year, achieving High Honors and selected as the Outstanding Graduate in Marketing.

Why SMPS?
SMPS is an incredible organization that encourages collaboration and inspiration that helps improve the industry daily. I appreciate the friendships and connections I have made through SMPS.

Hobbies/Family:
I enjoy painting, creating, playing sports, and spending time with family. My siblings, parents, and husband are my very best friends.

Greatest Accomplishment of 2021:
I graduated from Weber State University with High Honors and was selected as the Outstanding Graduate in Marketing.
