How would you describe your role/job?
External Promotion, encompassing advertisements in magazines, activity across social media platforms, and participation in industry events. Internal Engagement, featuring internal events, enhanced communication strategies, initiatives to boost employee participation, and curated content for our company-only app. This year, our spotlight is on fostering employee involvement—aiming for a workforce that is highly engaged.
What are the rewards of your job?
Currently, having happy, engaged employees, which in turn helps the organization grow and continue to pursue excellent work. Having a well-known name in the mechanical industry. I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge and ideas through meeting various individuals within the industry.
What are your challenges?
Trying to do too much
What has contributed to your success?
The CEO of our company is excellent in what he does. He teaches me daily lessons in best practices, thinking outside the box, expanding my ideas, and how to achieve them.
