Why did you join SMPS?
I have always loved marketing, ever since I started school for it! So being able to continue to learn new aspects around it then apply them to my career is very beneficial and exciting. It's a great way for me to gain a fresh perspective from current members.
What most excites you about your work?
I work with social media marketing primarily, and it seems like there is always a new app, new technology, or a new way of doing things! Creating different content pieces every week is challenging but it's never a dull moment.
What is a good lesson you learned the hard way?
Sometimes I think there is only one way to do something, but I always try and challenge myself to think smarter—not harder!
Where do you find inspiration?
I have Pinterest boards for all types of things! Graphic Design, Ads, Web Pages, Portfolios, and Proposals!
Share one thing we'd be surprised to learn about you.
One of my favorite animals are sharks, and I hope to one day swim with them. They are strong and independent creatures of the ocean, and I find them truly incredible.
If you could visit anywhere in the world, where would you go?
I would love to go to Japan to experience their culture and truly enjoy the beauty of their cherry blossom festival!
What's your favotire thing to do on a Sunday afternoon?
I enjoy spending time with family and catching up on the week's madness!
