Psomas Celebrates 25 Years, With Move to a State-of-the-Art Office
On May 5th, award-winning engineering firm Psomas celebrated the grand opening of its new office space in Salt Lake City, Utah. The team hosted a Cinco De Mayo themed open house for clients and employees to showcase the new location and thank their clients for their success. They also held a food drive for the Food Bank which staff and clients contributed to.
The occasion was a festive one, with more than 150 guests attending to check out the new office space, which will hold 50 Psomas employees. The building features perks like an on-site gym, a game room with a two-lane bowling alley, and an indoor basketball/pickleball court.
One of the most exciting parts of the evening was showcasing Psomas' latest high-tech equipment. Open house attendees had the opportunity to demo virtual reality and check out a few of the company's surveying tools and drones. These cutting-edge offerings are available to their clients.
Psomas' new office will accommodate the company's growing footprint in the region, which includes major projects like the 500-acre, three million square foot Eagle Mountain Data Center campus. In Salt Lake City, Psomas provides engineering, surveying, planning, and landscape architecture services across the Wasatch Front.
The timing of the new space is notable because Psomas is currently commemorating 25 years in Salt Lake City. The team in the Utah region has grown over the years, making it possible to take on larger, and more sustainable projects. However, one component that hasn't changed—and will be carried into Psomas' new office space—is the company's commitment to operating a fun and friendly office that thrives on a work-life balance mentality, including hybrid schedules.
The Psomas team looks forward to welcoming clients and employees to the new office. For more information, visit www.Psomas.com.
