Role in SMPS? I don’t have a specific role in SMPS yet, but I am excited to participate in such an awesome organization!
How long have you worked at your company? 4+ years
How long have you been an SMPS member? I have just recently joined SMPS as I have transitioned from Office Assistant to Marketing Assistant at BHB.
How would you describe your role/job? I work closely with our marketing manager in all things marketing and business development. I assist with social media content, company events, strengthening client relationships, marketing reports, graphic design, and meeting our goals for the marketing department and BHB.
What are the rewards of your job? I find it very exciting and rewarding to see BHB continue to grow as a company and know that I am contributing to that growth through marketing.
What’s on your bucket list? My bucket list includes traveling to many places worldwide, such as Thailand, Greece, France, and Italy. I recently booked a trip to Thailand in November, so I can almost cross that one off!
What was your childhood dream? I dreamt of becoming a geologist when I was younger because I have always been fascinated with rocks and crystals. However, as I grew up, I realized science was my worst subject in school… marketing is a much better fit!
Guilty pleasure: what can you not live without? Music! I constantly listen to music any chance I get, and I’m always on the lookout for my next concert.
