Good News Amber Craighill 2023

Promoted in 2022, Amber Craighill is the first female principal at BHB Structural. BHB Structural has experienced tremendous growth over Amber’s leadership as BHB’s Marketing Director. Amber was instrumental in helping BHB increase revenues by more than 250%, doubling BHB’s staff, and opening four additional offices.

Amber has led BHB’s efforts to secure new work, develop and maintain client relationships, and create brand awareness. She has been a staple within the AEC industry, serving on many boards (AIA, ULI, SMPS, ACE Mentor Program, USHE, etc.), and is an active community member. She is the 2020 SMPS Utah Marketer of the Year award recipient and received the Certified Professional Services Professional Marketer (CPSM) designation in 2021.
