How would you describe your role/job?
We help businesses develop simple to complex promotional programs to assist you in finding solutions to your business objectives.
I collect and manage data at our firm. Initially part of my job was getting our CRM up and running. (We use Microsoft Dynamics). I have had previous experience doing the same thing at Arch Nexus, where I started in the industry.
What are the rewards of your job?
Many people I meet and the various industries I get to learn about.
What are your challenges?
Currently, the labor shortage and the supply chains. Wishing I could duplicate myself. Pay is honestly the biggest challenge: finding not only a job that pays a livable wage, but one where I can actually save money for the things I want in life.
How has SMPS membership helped you?
SMPS and the community is actually the reason I have my current job. It’s such a great way to know other people and get help for anything you could need.
What’s on your bucket list?
Live in UK or Germany. I’d love to live overseas!
Guilty pleasure:
My dogs. My husband and I don’t have any children, and our dogs are our world.
