We have three new faces in our 2024–2025 Chapter Leadership, and we'd like to introduce them better! Please give them each a warm welcome.

- Why I joined the board: I joined the board because Melody talked me into it! 😊

- Why I'm excited to be on the board and why I joined: When I joined SMPS, I immediately felt welcomed and quickly formed meaningful friendships. The educational opportunities have been invaluable, and they’ve deepened my connection to the organization. Serving on the board has been a goal of mine because I want to help SMPS continue fostering the inclusive, welcoming culture that made such an impact on me. I hope to contribute to building a sense of belonging for all members and ensure that everyone feels as supported as I have.

- Fun fact: I once cried on vacation after a long day of travel when I got to a restaurant for dinner only to find out they didn't have diet coke. Actual tears were shed.
- Why I'm excited to be on the board: I am excited to attend more of the SMPS events and get to know more SMPS members.
