I am a brand-new member
How would you describe your role/job?
I work with our business development team to create proposals as well as manage social media and website updates.
What are the rewards of your job?
I love the people I work with, and it is so rewarding to see everyone’s hard work pay off when we win a job.
What are your challenges?
The construction world is new territory for me and I am trying to find which outlets will reach my target audience and what kind of content to create.
What has been your most meaningful project?
I just started so I don’t have a ton of projects under my belt, but I really enjoyed creating an ad for Utah Business Magazine.
How has SMPS membership helped you?
I just joined but I’ve heard it’s a great resource for learning and networking, so I am very excited.
What’s the best career advice you’ve received?
You won’t get anything if you don’t ask for it. Don’t let fear hinder your success.
What’s the best career advice you’ve given?
Be persistent. Setbacks set you up for future success.
What has contributed to your success?
Being myself and working hard.

Run a half marathon.
What was your childhood dream?
Being a professional soccer player.
