How would you describe your role/job?
As BHB’s new Marketing Coordinator (and still Office Manager), every day is a little different, in the best way! I get to mix marketing and admin, from supporting the team and connecting with clients to learning business development and jumping into creative projects. It’s been a fun balance of learning, growing, and showcasing BHB’s brand.
What are the rewards of your job?
I love learning a new side of the business while still using my office manager skills. The mix of creativity, hands-on work, and meeting new people makes the role really rewarding.
What are your challenges?
Marketing has so many moving parts, and figuring out how to navigate them. Luckily, I have the best leader to learn from!
What’s the best career advice you’ve received?
Don't be afraid to try something new; growth comes from stepping outside of your comfort zone.
What's on your bucket list?
Something on my bucket list is to take a few months (or more) off and travel the world. I’d love the chance to experience different cultures and explore new places!
Guilty pleasure:
My guilty pleasure is doing some grandma crafts while watching reality TV!
