Build Friendships. My goal is to be the kind of friend you’d ask to help you move. Think about it. Yeah... THAT one.
What are the rewards of your job?
Nothing makes me happier than to help solve a problem so when teams align and that happens it’s all rainbows and glitter!
What are your challenges?
My lack of patience and grace for myself.
What has been your most meaningful project?
Oh man … the most meaningful projects are created when all the things align, I can’t list just a single one! Across every sector we operate—healthcare, industrial manufacturing, higher education, or mission-critical—I’m happy to say we bring not only the technical expertise and leadership needed to see a project through to completion, but also the camaraderie that strengthens teams and builds lasting connections.

What led you to serve on the Board?
I want to reciprocate and contribute to its ongoing success in providing value to our members.
What’s the best career advice you’ve received?
“Join SMPS sooner.” Six years ago at a lunch I was invited to on a whim unrelated to SMPS where I met the deeply compassionate Lori Haglund of Resolut. Fascinated by her journey and success, I asked for the most impactful thing I could do given her experience.
What's on your bucket list?
Take the recommendations by Heidi Neilsen with FFKR from her trip to Italy and GO!
Guilty pleasure: what can you not live without?
Coffee. Preferably coffee AND biscotti to start each day.
