How long have you worked at your company?
I’ve been with BHI for 4.5 years.
How long have you been an SMPS member?
I just joined the organization, as I am interested in pursuing CPSM credentials.
How would you describe your role/job?
As Director of Marketing, I lead the marketing department in developing and executing strategic initiatives, proposals, and brand storytelling that elevate BHI’s visibility, strengthen client relationships, and support the company’s growth across all markets.
What are the rewards of your job?
Seeing our teams’ hard work translated into increased brand recognition, strong client relationships and employee-centered company culture is incredibly fulfilling. Leading and mentoring the growth of my team members is my favorite part of the job.
What are your challenges?
Balancing multiple priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining creativity and quality can be challenging—but it’s also what keeps the work exciting and rewarding.
How has SMPS membership helped you?
Since I am a new member, I am looking forward to exploring the opportunities the membership will provide.
What has contributed to your success?
My strong work ethic and growth mindset have been instrumental.
