How would you describe your role/job?
I get to meet with developers and architects and see how we can assist them with their projects.
What are the rewards of your job?
When we get to work with a developer to make their project become a reality.
What are your challenges?
Besides COVID, rising construction costs.
What has been your most meaningful project?
I was able to be a small part of the process with First Step House. This is a great organization that helps individuals overcome substance use disorders.

2 years.
How has SMPS membership helped you?
I feel that SMPS has allowed me to meet great people in the same industry. The pie is big enough for everyone and it is great to meet awesome people from around the valley.
What’s the best career advice you’ve received?
Don’t be afraid to bet on yourself.
What’s the best career advice you’ve given?
Control what you can control.
What has contributed to your success?
Surrounding myself with like-minded people.
What’s on your bucket list?
Skydiving.
What was your childhood dream?
To play professional baseball.
