Why did you join SMPS?
To stay on top of the latest trends in professional services marketing, especially A/E/C. Also, I wanted to conenct with other professionals in the industry. We are a unique bunch!
What most excites you about your work?
I get most excited about the challenges of managing and working with a team, organizing the proposal process, and crossing the finish line of the submittal.
What is a good lesson you learned the hard way?
There isn't much room for procrastination in our line of work. Deadlines are often short, hard, and non-negotiable. Do not wait until the last minute!
Where do you find inspiration?
Probably the same place everyone else does—Google. :) I have taken inspiration from architecture, interior design, and nature. We created a Kardashian-inspired document. It looks amazing!

I have 12 littles who call me Grandma!
If you could visit anywhere in the world, where would you go?
I would love to sail around the world and visit all the places and see all the things. The hubs and I hope to visit Scotland next year, pending #COVID.
What is your favorite thing to do on a Sunday afternoon?
Nap! The week usually catches up with me by then. And, let's face it, is there really anything better than a Sunday nap on a sunny couch?
