What are the rewards of your job?
The thing I love most about working at MHTN is the people! Not only is everyone so very talented and creative, but they are also invested in working collaboratively together. I love being able to bounce ideas off one another and always looking to the future.
What are your challenges?
When thinking of challenges, it’s tough not to think about those brought by 2020. Back-to-back video meetings have been exhausting. I am being more deliberate about carving out time in my day to stretch my legs and focus.

How has SMPS membership helped you?
Marketing for the AEC industry is so unique. I have appreciated the friendships and relationships developed through SMPS. There is an understanding and knowledge we glean from each other that we really couldn’t get anywhere else.
What’s the best career advice you’ve received?
“Always have higher expectations for yourself than others do of you.”
What’s the best career advice you’ve given?
“Don’t let fear hold you back.”
What has contributed to your success?
Being raised by a very strong and intelligent woman. I owe my drive and determination to my mom who taught me to always continue to strive for more and to work hard.
What’s on your bucket list?
Travel to Greece, Turkey, and Fiji
What was your childhood dream?
To live in New York City
