Zoom conference (a calendar invitation with dial-in information will be sent to all registrants)

Directions

In this session you’ll learn how to use market research tools to better understand how your clients view your firm and the work you do through the lens of their own issues, company and industry. You’ll get the basics on how to set up a client survey as well as how to do research to better inform the questions you might ask your respondents.

Get answers to questions like:

  • How are clients responding to the pandemic?
  • What are the issues impacting their market?
  • Who should we talk to at the client organization?
  • What should we ask and how?
  • Should we do an on-line survey or a live interview?
  • In-house? Use a consultant?

A calendar invitation with Zoom login access will be shared with all registered attendees one day before the webinar event. The invitation will come from Nicole Marshall, our Education Committee Chair.
