She is currently a Principal with Spectrum Engineers and Chief Strategy Officer. RoLynne serves on the SMPS Utah Board as President-Elect, the USHE (Utah Society of Healthcare Engineers) Board, as well as the Spectrum Engineers Board. She and her husband, Troy, live in Oakley, Utah, with their kids where they raise reining horses and a few other animals.
