Your future as a professional marketer is much brighter when you can confidently take part in your firm’s strategic and financial decision-making.

Presented by:

  • Kevin Hebblethwaite, FSMPS, CPSM, Senior Consultant, Full Sail Partners
  • Ken Higa, AIA, MBA, LEED AP, Senior Associate/Marketing Director, Perkins+Will

Now is the time for all good marketers to get excited about budget and financial management. AEC firms are still cautious when it comes to reinvesting in marketing and business development programs. The sooner you understand the way money moves in, out, and through your firm’s marketing initiatives, the more value you will bring to your role.

After reviewing the basic financial concepts behind “generating a return,” our national speakers will share tactics for planning, budgeting, and analyzing marketing initiatives. These tools and strategies will help you collaborate with your firm’s leadership on business decisions and create better accountability for marketing and business development.

Following Kevin and Ken’s presentation, we’ll dig deeper into financial management by breaking out into smaller discussion groups, tailored to various levels of industry experience.
